Importance of Coordination

Working closely with architects, interior designers, and the construction team on a project can be challenging, but forming a strong working relationship is key to ensuring a successful implementation.

Level of detail

Providing a complete drawing set outlining all the requirements for AV is essential. By outlining all the details on the plan, reflected ceiling, riser, and elevation diagrams will allow seamless incorporation of the AV into all phases of construction.

Scheduling

One of the most challenging aspects of any project is working with a pre-determined schedule. Being a part of the process from the beginning will allow the AV integrator to manage their schedule and be able to deliver for each phase on time and within budget.
